The API Rate Limiting Category is General API. This endpoint will soft delete a loyalty member by using the member ID passed as a parameter.

Please Note: You can create new members with the same member_id (the member_id associated with deleted members). However, this functionality applies specifically when member_id is passed through the V2 APIs.

The "Delete a Loyalty Member" API takes approximately two hours to completely delete a member along with his associated transactions.

Note: You can get a Zinrelo Generated ID through the Create a Loyalty Member API and the List Members API. It is the unique ID that every member is associated with.
