What helped us was settling on one platform and actually using it consistently, not just halfway. I personally use Greenhouse as our main recruiting system. What I like is that it forces some structure without killing collaboration. Interview scheduling stopped being a nightmare because everything synced properly, and having scorecards meant feedback was clearer and less emotional. The analytics part turned out to be more useful than I expected, especially for spotting where candidates were dropping off or where our process was too slow. I’ve also seen the AI features help with filtering and outreach, not in a magical way, but enough to save time when dealing with large applicant pools.
